Refund & Cancellation Policy


• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Since all products are handmade, cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be accepted once the making or packaging process has started.

• Please record a proper unboxing video while opening your package. This video is mandatory for any damage or wrong product claims.

• Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product received is severely damaged during delivery
  • A wrong item has been delivered

• Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


• If the claim is verified and approved, the delivery partner will arrange a pickup within 1–2 business days.


• After successful pickup, the refund amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 business days.


• Approved refunds/replacements will be processed only after proper verification. 💛
