Thank you for using MyCardLink! We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Digital Nature of Service

MyCardLink provides digital services (creation and sharing of digital business cards, premium templates, QR codes, analytics, etc.). Once a subscription is activated or a digital product is delivered, it is considered consumed instantly.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

3. Refund Eligibility

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • You have created or shared even one digital business card
  • You have used premium templates, QR codes, or analytics
  • More than 7 days have passed since payment (except annual plan within 14 days)
  • You violated our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request cancellation or refund, please email us at:

With the following details:

  • Registered mobile number/email
  • Transaction ID / Order ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot of payment (if possible)

We will respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway fees, taxes, or bank charges are non-refundable.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
