Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with MyCardLink! This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical products (PVC NFC Cards, Metal NFC Cards, Stands, etc.) purchased through www.mycardlink.in.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Custom-designed NFC cards may take 3–5 business days for design approval and production.

2. Shipping Partners

We use only reputed courier partners:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • India Post (Speed Post/Registered Post)
  • Ecom Express

4. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email & SMS with:
  • Courier name
  • Tracking number
  • Direct tracking link
  • You can also track your order from your MyCardLink account dashboard.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please provide complete and correct shipping address at the time of placing order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address.
  • Change of address after dispatch will attract extra charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of lost parcel: Full refund or free replacement after courier confirmation.
  • In case of damaged product: Send photos within 48 hours of delivery → we will send free replacement.

7. Non-Deliverable Cases

If the courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts:

  • The parcel will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges will have to be paid again
  • Or you can request refund (original shipping charges will be deducted)

8. International Shipping

Currently we do not ship outside India. International shipping coming soon!


9. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your physical product order and get full refund if:

  • Order is not yet dispatched
  • Request sent within 24 hours of placing order

No cancellation allowed after the order is dispatched.
